Old House in Sant Julià

The Project mainly focuses in rebuilding the existing construction. That job is done to keep the traditional architecture of these rooms. Then the windows’ holes keep the original sizes and their metal frames match the stone facing.

The walls’ structure is fixed unless there are up to collapse then they need to be demolished and started from scratch. The rear façade has to be demolished since it is not stable. That wall is rebuilt to a new position to achieve the proper dimension to match the rear structure’s layout.

The new walls are raised with brick at the interior side and local stone to face the exterior.
